We know you'll love our product, but in case you change your mind all full-priced purchases are eligible for an exchange or store credit only within 7 days of receiving the order. Items must be in new condition and in original packaging. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please email contact email@example.com with your order number and items you are returning. Once processed, we will issue an authorization for an exchange or store credit.
Items must be received within 5 business days from the date we issue the authorization. We reserve the right to deny the return if we receive the item(s) after 5 business days. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees for items returned, including tracking and insurance. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 10 business days for notification of store credit or the shipment of the exchanged item(s).
All sale items are final and are not eligible for exchanges or store credit. All discount codes must be applied in cart prior to checkout and cannot be applied once the order has been placed.
We want you to be satisfied with your new purchase! Damaged merchandise can be replaced up to 14 days of the purchased date. Must have receipt to qualify for the exchange. If the item is out of stock, you will receive in store credit for the purchased price.
