Everyone is different and carries different symptoms. This is not a one size fits all program. I customize the program to fit your healing needs, fit into your lifestyle, and base it on your goals. This will take months. All good things are worth the wait..

Once we establish our first protocol on your healing journey. I will go over what to eat and what not to eat along with a meal plan to get you started.
