STEP THREE
Engage in an intensive initial consultation
A one-hour Zoom meeting to review your intake form and discuss your personalized protocol. This will include nutritional, and lifestyle recommendations tailored to your goals and symptoms, along with recipes, meal suggestions, and supplement advice if necessary.

STEP FOUR
Receive final adjustments to your plan
Your plan will be sent directly to you. Follow the plan for one week until our next meeting, and we’ll stay connected via messaging during the week.

STEP FIVE
Schedule your 30-minute follow-up sessions.
The first follow-up occurs one week after the initial consultation, with subsequent appointments every week or as needed.
